Is there anyway to run a batch on a folder of files so that it opens the first file and puts a text layer with "#1" on the image, opens the second file and puts a text layer with "#2" on the image, opens the next one and puts "#3" on it and so on and so on?

I would like to be able to number all my images and have that number displayed on the image.

Even if it put the filename as a text layer on the image.

Any ideas?

I have a similar question. Did anyone ever answer you? Did you figure it out on your own and would like to share?

Hi,

Because there is no such thing as programming in an action or batch process yet I don't believe this is possible.

The only batch process that I have seen that adds the filename is Contact Sheet II which I'm sure is not quite what you are after.

Hope this helps!
