Action MenuItem->Close creates error

Hi,
I have several PDF files open at the same time.
In each of the files I have a bookmark for wich i have set the action MenuItem->Close. Every time I click the bookmark
I get the following error: AcroRead32.exe has generated an error and will be sut down by Windows. This goes for both
Acrobat 5.0 and Acrobat Reader 5.0.
Could anyone give me a clue on what is where/what is going wrong and a possible solution?
Any help much appreciated!
