Act6 Crashes when try to import data

Hi all,
Act6 seems to crash every time I try to import data.
Export is OK, its just import.
When I use a windows administrator account and open Act I can import with no problems - its just when I am using a Act over a nornmal user account.
I've checked the permissions on the directory where the database is an they are all ok.

Has anyone else experienced this or have an ideas.

Is it the same data? Some of these issues are errors in the import data file.

What's the actual error? There are different possibilities like
