Act Screen Pop - version 8

Hi Guys, using Phone Manager Pro, I can pop version 6 of this no problem, just cant seem to get it running on version 8. I point it at the relevant ADF file but nothing happens when I dial into a DDI. I have also tried popping it as an external program, point at the exe file.

Any ideas? Did something get removed on version 8?

Screen popping to Act! is only supported by Avaya on version 6.0

So version 8 isn't tested, isn't supported and doesn't work.

IIRC, there is an addon from Tapi.net that works, but obviously uses the TAPI drivers, not Phonemanager

Looks like the same product as above. it downloaded an update from CRMAddons, which is the tapi.net product. Im installing it this weekend, so fingers crossed it will work without a hitch.
