ACT Sage Plugin

Hello all,
I am a .NET developer, trying to make a .NET plugin for ACT! Sage.
Can anyone tell me how can I run the plugin in debug mode using Visual Studio 2005? It sesms that I can see the plugin ( a winform) just by copied in Plugin directory and it appear on bottom of Tools menu. But I need to be able to debug the plugin.
