I am running ACT 6.03 and Outlook XP (SP-2) and I cannot gain access to my ACT address book in Outlook. I have read the knowledge base articles on the ACT web-site and they only tell how to add the address book. However, if the address book does not appear in the Additional Address Book Types list, how can is be added?
There is also no option in Office XP to change Outlook to a workgroup/corporate format. I can add an Exchange type email address, but I don't have a valid one. I am not sure that will fix the problem either.
I hope someone has a suggestion...
