ACT! menu in Word 2003

Hello,

I have applied the hotfix, but the ACT! menu in Word is not working. Is there something else that I need to look at or fix in ACT! to help figure out why this is not working?

I also modified this key in the registry: Look for Load Behavior I changed it from 3 to 1. That didn't help either.

I'm using the 2007 version, if that helps.

Sorry for the confusion. I'm using the 2007 version of ACT! standard.

I can open the ACT! menu in Word and select an option, but nothing happens when I select the option.

This was an an issue with 9.01 if you haven't applied Hotfix 1

I went back and downloaded the hot fix again and reinstalled it. The ACT! menu options in Word 2003, still do not work. I've given up. Thanks

You might also try Hotfix2
