ACT menu in Excel 2003

Hello,

The ACT menu in Excel has an option called "Refresh". I've clicked on it but nothing seems to happen. I'm curious what it's suppose to be refreshing.

You are doing a great job of answering my questions. Any idea why this happens?

I haven't used it... I imagine it would be when you map ACT! fields to Excel
