Hello, is anyone else running ACT! for Web V1.2.520? We are running it an getting intermittent problems. I know we are not alone, because there are a couple of others talking about it on the ACT forum. We are using ACT For Web on a Windows 2000 server. We just started using it and it has stopped running once or twice a day. In our application log file, there are multiple VBRuntime errors listed, with a4wconn.ploadinit, a4wactiv_detail.ploadgroupcombo, and a4wactiv_detail.ploadav listed as the routines. I have tried the fix listed in the Knowledgebase document #200343131827, but it has not helped. Stopping and restarting the ActConn service starts it working again. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, a couple of times it has not crashed completely, but started going so slow that it was useless. Again stopping and restarting the ActConn service fixes the problem, until the next time. We have set up a second instance of it with a small test database, but it does the same thing. IIS is not affected. We have several customer websites running on the same server, and they still run fine when either of these symptoms happen. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Thanks,
John
