ACT Delpdesk Help

Hi all,

I've never used Act however started to look into in more details and its seem just what i need.

I need to get hold of some sort of Helpdesk logging system for me to use at home, nothing too complicated, just enought to have all my clients contact details then when they call me i can log all the infor such as problem, time, client, fix etc etc.

I am by far no ACT designer so looking for some sort of ready made base database.

Can anyone point me in the right direction where i should be looking, i've just started my IT buz so ideally need to keep the costs right down.

Personally, I use TeleSupport Helpdesk - But I'd suspect that might be to much like overkill for you.

Maybe you could use the sales opportunities in ACT! as a simple way of tracking the details you're looking for?
