ACT Date Format Change

Hello!

I need help changing the date format in ACT 6.0. The Current format is 01/1/05 and I need it to be 01/01/05. I have changed the format in my regional settings but the dates in the actual database are still coming up as: 01/1/05.

Any thoughts?
