ACT! and word

Hello;

I have a user that has ACT1 2003 on her PC. She was on Office 2002 and then I upgraded her to Office 2003. The next time she tried using ACT! and doing a merge she got an error message stating that ACT! could not find Word 2002. How do I change what version of Word that ACT! is looking for?

Hello bkirkflex,
What version of ACT!?, have you installed the latest service pack?.

Edit|Preferences and double what word processor is selected.

I have this exact same problem.
I am using Act version 6.0.2.720 and have just upgraded everyone to Office 2003.

I get the same message could not find word 2002.

Just wondered if you got it sorted in the end

There are two fixes for this. Download ACT!603upgrade.exe and ACT!hotfixforword2003.exe and that should take care of your problem. That is what I loaded to fix the problem I had.
