We are looking to replace our old CRM and accounts system with Sage Line 50 Fin Con and ACT!. It seems i can do most things i would like, yet there is one thing i am struggling with.
We have telephone agents who use the CRM to order products for customers (using sales opportunities). These agents do not have access to launch SL50. What i wanted was a SL50 user to go in and validate these sales opportunities are turn them into invoices. Therefore removing the need for duplicate entry. However, i can't seem to work out how to do this.
Does anyone know of anyway or any add-on i can purchase to allow me to do this? I'm sure i'm not the 1st person who would want to do this.
