Hi,
One of our offices has decided to use ACT! which is not something I have used before. It has been installed (by an ACT engineer) on the local machines.
Each user is logged into the Domain as a member of the USER group only, however when they try to "Write a letter" or "Send an Email" from within ACT! there is an error that ACT! cannot find the Word Processor or Email Editor.
If I give that user Admin or Power User rights it works fine. Obviously I do not want a bunch of people with Admin rights! So does anyone know what rights to files / folders / registry I need to give to make this work? I have already given Full rights to the C:\PROGRAM FILES\Act directory but to no avail.
Any help appreciated.
