Act addresses in Outlook 2000

I currently have the Act service installed in Outlook 2000. It works fine. However, when creating a new email and clicking on the To: button, the Act address book shows up sorted by names. I would prefer to sort by Company and have the company be the first field. Is there a way to do this?
