Hi All
I am having problems merging to word documents. I have set up a template letter it has two versions of the same letter one after the other. I am then merging a look-up or group from Act 9 But it puts the contact details for the same contact in both letters.
In Act 6 is you put «Next Record» at the start of the second letter it would merge the next contact into that letter. This does not work for Act 9 so what do i need to insert to get it to work for Act 9
Any ideas?
