ACT! 9.01, Vista, Templates

I running ACT! 9.01 on Vista Home and MS Word XP. Can't see how to open the fields list to create/modify templates. Don't see how with ACT! Word processor either.

Also, when I modify an existing template to insert new fields they don't merge. I'm as certain as I can be the field names are correct considering I can't open the fields list.

Thanks for the tip but I checked and have no disabled items in MS Word.

My problem is I can not see fields list using either MS Word XP or ACT Wordprocessor. I'm guessing it's Vista but not sure.
