I have been having a few problems upgrading to Act 9.0. The latest problem: I un-installed the old version and installed the new version and at the end it said the installation failed. I tried to install again and it said that I am installing the same version that has already been installed, but the Act is not in the Remove Programs list. I had a problem similar to this before and ended up in RegEdit, but I am hesitant to do that.
