Act 9.0 doesn't appear in Outlook 2007

Can't find any way to get the Act toolbar to show in Outlook 2007. Is there any file to execute to create the toolbar or is there any workaround?

Microsoft made many changes to Office 2007 and support for it in ACT! isn't expected till version 10 is released later this year
