I have a client running ACT 6 on a windows XP pro workstation. He is trying to back up to a server running Windows small business 2003. The server has connectivity with his computer (all other programs work well) and more than enough hard drive space, but the program won't back up. Anyone with a similar problem or suggestions.

What permissions does your client have, within ACT! ?
Users must have "Administrator" securtiy level to backup an ACT! database.
