Act 6 question DB move

User had ACT Version 6.0.2.720. His database resides in his My Documents folder (C:\documents and settings\JohnDoe\My Documents\Act\database\GrandDB.dbf)on his local machine. He would like to move it to a network location and share it out from there.

I haven't used ACT in about 6 years, and we don't have the manuals. What's the recommended way of accomplishing this
