Act 6.0 - Way to delete duplicate notes?

Hello all

I am using ACT 6.0, and was wondering if there is a way I can delete duplicate notes, or notes that are blank. I use a deduper wizard, that also combines notes when it finds a duplicate contact. I have to do this since some of the notes are different. I thought I saw an add-on for this, but can't find it. Any suggestions?

Because duplicate Histories or Notes shouldn't be able to be created (the times would be different), I don't think this happens often enough to be a generic addon.
