Act 6.0 Problem- Lost my Toolbar on top

I have Act 6.0 and lost my navigation bar, which normally is on top. I still get the other icons on left side or bottom with contacts, members, task, etc. on it, but not the main toolbar on top.

This means I cannot get to the Files button or any of the other important buttons on top.

This has happened before. I reloaded my software, and reopened my database file, and it is still missing.

Any ideas?
