Act 5.0 / 2000 upgrade to 9.0 / 2007

Hi,

I have this old Act 2000 v 5.0 on my Pentium 4, 2.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM, computer with XP Home & Outlook Express 6.0. I have never been able to send an email from this older Act 5.0 because I only have Outlook Express 6.0. Will this newer 2007 version 9.0 allow me to use Outlook Express to send emails or a letter after writing them in Act 9.0?? If so, exactly how would I go about setting it all up to work properly with my address book in Outlook Express?

Outlook Express isn't as good as Outlook, but maybe these will help:
