ACT 2009 menu in microsoft word is missing

hello,

i am using win xp/ sp2, word 2003 and act 2009. the act menu is not in word on my computer. i remember having this problem in act 2009. i looked for a fix but could not find one. is there a fix for this for act 2009. thank you.
