ACT 2008 Vs Sugar

HI,

We looking at implementing a CRM database form around 20 Sales Staff.

Does anyone have a comparison chart or recommendations between ACT and Sugar.

We have little internal development experience and we need outlook integration

What are people's experiences of ACT or sugar?

It might help if you identify the features you're looking for and/or the type of usage as well as the amount of data. Also, if you need remote users (Web, laptop, smart phone, etc) or any other specific function

If you want a reliable ACT! implementation for 20 users, I'd recommend getting an ACT! Certified Consultant to do it.

While many users do it themselves, the benefits of an experienced person making sure you avoid the common pitfalls will save you in time.

ACT! has been around more than 20 years now and has millions of users and a global community of consultants.
