ACT! 2008 URGENT!!! (ACT7) sa password install error

First. I found out that the sql server running act was eating up over 1g of ram. so i uninstalled all instances of sql, and unstalled act. After a complete sql re-install I than tried to re-install act. During the initial sysyem check a window pops up tats asks for "system admin" password. it says that an instance of (act7) ((act's sql server service)) was found and it needs the password to continue. Ive tried everything. every forum(EXCEPT THIS ONE) no luck!!! Is there a default password, it tried "SAGE" and all of my usernames/passwords/mom's maiden name etc.
any thoughts?

The SQL admin password for the ACT7 instance is randomised by ACT!.

Are you running your own SQL 2005 server or is ACT! the only SQL application?

If you manually installed the SQL instance, the default would be "sage" (no caps)
