Act 2007 w/Vista

I didn't realize that Act 07 can't run on a Vista x64 but only on x32. I have seen in other places where people were able to run x32 programs on x64. I have two questions:

Is this possible to do w/Act 07
Will this be the same for windows 7

It's not the program, it's the Microsoft services.

Upgrade to ACT! 2009 (11.0)
