ACT! 2007: "Unable to create MS XML Document..."

Just recently I have been getting the following "Fatal Error" when starting ACT! 2007 (9.0):

"Unable to create MS XML Document, please reinstall the MS XML parser."

(I also have the the QuickBooks link installed).

Any suggestions how to reinstall.

Sounds like the MS XML parser has been damaged.

Not sure which version is required - you can check with the tool from -

If 6.0 (I think it is) you can download from
