Just installed Act! (ACT! Professional 8.0 Version 8.0.2.81).
Whenever I try to mail merge either a letter or an E-mail, it appears to work, but in Act! I then get a 'Access Denied' message and when I ok to that, Act! is hanging with a 'Merge Complete' message that won't go away so I have to kill it.
Using Windows Vista Business. The thing that I have noticed is that the Act! templates folder is marked as read only. when I change it, it has changed back when I go back again.
Sorry if this is a bit of a newbie question, the links to answers posted in a previous post relate to a Citrix installation which I don't have.
