Act 2007 (9) - Changing the "Regarding" list in History

Hi,

Is there any way to edit the list of items in the "regarding" field when creating history.

I have looked in Tools>Define Fields but couldn't find it in there.

Thanks.
 
Any, but predominently Type: Call and Other (for email logging)
 
You can only set activity history for activities you create - Schedule | Manage | Activity Types

The standard Call/Meeting/Todo/Email/etc can't be modified as many parts of the program and standard reports are built to use them

Sorry, I think you have misunderstood me.

When I create history - I'm fine to use the standard call/meeting etc.. (even though I would like to tweak them I understand that I can't).

Its the "Regards" section that I would like to modify. When slecting a history type "call", options include: Check In, Cold call.....

I realise that I can overtype my own, but it would be handy to have these extra ones included in the drop down.

Any thoughts??
