Act 2005 Email Service Password

I recently upgraded Act 2005 to the latest version after using the initial version of 2005 for several weeks. We run Act on 2 computers; computer A syncronizes to computer B which has the main database.

Computer A, which runs Windows XP, is having a proplem with the email program. The program is launched and then after a few cycles of checking for email, it looses the password for the email account. Internet email is being used. The password must be entered each time the program checks for new mail. It will NOT remember the password even though the box is checked.

It is necessary to exit ACT completely and restart the program. It will again work nomally for a few cycles.

Also, the email program frequently locks up requiring the computer to be reset.
