Act 2005 email problem - no automatic send/receive

I am evaluating Act 2005 - so far I have worked out how to sent email using a templete - good.

However, I use a small software mailserver - Officemail - this works perfectly with outlook. - Unfortunately, to sent receive through Act - I have to enter a userbane and password every single time - so no automatic send/receive possible.

Anyone any ideas, please?
