ACT 2000 w/ Lotus Notes

Every time I attempt to email by clicking on a contact's email address, ACT sends a message that my database can't be found. I've attempetd to connect is several times with the wizard and everything seems to go well. Does anyone have any advice on a fix for this? Perhaps I am not pointing in the right direction.
