Act!2000 not showing emails in history

I'm using Eudora with Act! 2000 and for a while, after I
checked it off in Preferences/Email, the first lines of
emails I sent from Act! were showin in my history box.

Now I no longer can get that to work.

I've unchecked/shut down/restarted/rechecked/restarted the option a few times and even reinstalled ACT! from the CD but neither has fixed the problem.

Any suggestions?

The only thing I can think of is that the Create History option is not checked, that can be done from preferences as well as an email itself.

What version are you working from?

Thanks for your reply. Inexplicably the function
came back on when I started up the computer one day
last week and even showed previously sent emails that
were not displayed after the function had stopped
working. Strange..

Welcome to my nightmare! I love the program and have used it and taught it since early version 2, but it occasionally comes up with a goody now and again!
