After installing ACT! I used the wizard to configure ACT! so that I was using Word 2003 as my email editor and so that a copy of the email would appear under the history tab of ACT!
I no longer see ACT! emails under the history tab in ACT!
Does anyone know the steps to reconnect the ACT! primary database to Outlook 2003 so that copies of emails appear under the history tab?
