ACSS 3000.3 exam

I am sitting my ACSS exam 3000.3 soon, can any one give me any tips or practice questions?

Should be fine as long as you have experience installing and troubleshooting IP Office and it's applications. I just recently took the 3000.3 and passed and have a little over 2 years with IPO under my belt. Go through the ACSS study materials and power points in the pre req's at the learning center and you should be fine.

i have about 5 years so should know. Was your exam on the new R7? and did it have BCM and nortel questions.
for some reason i have been suspended for the leaning portal.

It's on R6 still, no nortel or BCM. Just IP Office. Sucks that you are suspended, I would try and get that fixed and just review the acss study power point. It pretty much covers everything. But if you have 5 years exp and have used portal, ccr and such you'll be fine. Only need like 63% to pass anyways ;-)

Exam has now been passed.

When i started they was but i have been slowly pushing them to the Avaya. The more i learn the more i seem to be able to push them.

Doing a bit with Panasonic every now again. But maily just IPO and OXO
