ACS with small mail card 4 mailboxes

The partner ACS I was at today has a small mail card- few strange things it seems to loose the main greeting every so often and some calls after they go to AA ring thru to the set about 10 times before getting mail box. The ring time is set to 3…
Would this be a mail card issue as it might be going soon or an ACS processor issue????

For the card losing its recordings, try a factory default and rebuild the AA and mailboxes.

For the number of rings before it answers, check hunt group 7, making sure that NO extensions other than 78 and 79 are assigned (check 10 through 57, and 76)
