just replaced bad vm card,custmer says they used to use gen del (9991 aa 1 and gen del (9992 aa 2,i was unable to back up old vm card.now when aa#2 answers and plays greeting it times out and transfers to aa#1 phone. any help will be much appreciated thanks,Bob the phone guy in seattle.

For the Day menu, the default Dial-0/Timeout option is Transfer to the Call Answer Service Operator, which by default is Ext. 10.
So, go into AA 2, Day Mode, Modify, option 0, and pick your poison. Check night mode as well.
