ACS SMDR?

I have a customer that is a rather high up speaker. There has been ocasion that there have been threaghtening voice mails left that had to referred to the FBI.

Is there a way to track incoming calls? Does SMDR show the CID information?

If you have a CID capable module in the system and the telco lines are setup to send CID information - then you can extract the information from the SMDR port. There are various call accounting packages available that will take the data from the processor's SMDR port and make it easily digestible.
