Okay I'm confused. Upon further reading, in the Quick Reference Guide for ACS it lists Feature #117 under System Flow Chart-System and Feature #321 under System ƒlow Chart-Extensions. Does one apply to incoming ringing to the system before the outside call goes to voice mail and the other extension to extension ringing bedfore the call goes to Voice mail.
