acs remote call forward software ver needed

I have a customer with a ACS rel 2.01

we need to program remote call forward but when I try to program #322 I get a error after I enter the 3

I asuume that means this software release dosent do the remote call forwarding

my question is what is the lowest software release I can use for this feature ?

is the processor upgradable or does it need to be replaced ?

well I found that I need rel 6.0 for remote call forward to work so now my question is

can I upgrade a acs that has been upgraded to 2.01 to 6.0 or do I need to replace the processor ?

You just need an R6 Upgrade card.
