ACS Rel 7 Resetting??

I have a stand alone ACS r7 , Customer claims that it shuts down at least once a day for a minute or 2 then is fine, claims all leds dead and NDT all stations.
I pulled the maint report for it , all it shows is
Reset event - count 3 - date and time - software initiated-cold start.

My question is the count # are there 2 others before the current event, if so how do you view it?

I have the unit on a UPS so it shouldn't be a power issue, is anyone else having similar problems?

Try it without the UPS.

Another way to tell if the UPS is causing the problem would be to power a digital clock that will revert to a flashing "12:00" when power is lost, from the UPS and see what happens.

If powering the ACS processor directly from the AC outlet doesn't resolve the problem, the processor is bad.
