I am trying to finalize the setting up of the automated call attendant for after hours calling. TO make it easy on me, I was going to use WAV files for the prompting. I found some text to wav file programs and created some basic messaging (like "Press 1 for joe, 2 for mary, 3 for church hours, etc."). When I brought them in, and called the ACS, they sounded terrible.
I just found the Cepstral voices, which sound really good. They have some versions that say they are 8kHz format. Has anyone had any experiences with these they can share?
I like the idea of the text to wav because I can make changes quickly without having to show someone how to manually change the prompts.
