ACS R7 and Centrex lines

Trying to restrict outgoing calls.

tried using disallowed list to block 1***. then use allowed to allow 1800, 1877, etc.

Didn't work. So, i tried Ext, restriction, option 3 local & intercom. Unassigned my allow/disallow lists, and tried to call out. No go.

My guess is the 9 for centrex is the problem.

Can I restrict it to intercom only, then use allowed lists?

Disallow List 1, Entry 01, make "wild" - Hold when programming, shows "!" in display.

Allow List 1, Entry 01, 91800
Allow List 1, Entry 02, 91888
Allow List 1, Entry 03, etc.

Emergency List, Entry 02, 9911 (Entry 01 is already 911)

Assign Disallow 1 and Allow 1 to the extension in question.

ANYTHING but 9911, 911, 91800, etc. will get wave-off
