ACS R7 & Messaging 7, Ring on upfront AA

Hey All!
I have a small partner R7 with Messaging 7. I have it set up to all calls to AutoAttendant. So I have all lines ringing to to AA on "0" rings.

When a call comes in it sorta abbreviate rings on the line and on all the partner sets it rings one time then it transfers call to AA. I have a customer saying it drives them crazy, they hear the intial ring and go to pick up. Call is already gone. Then it ring beeps and they don't realize that it is a call coming in to the calling group, so they don't answer it. So, I am sure they are going to be calling and wanting that intial ring removed. So if you all have an idea on how that could happen let me know!!!

Change the ringing from Immediate Ring to Delayed Ring or Even No ring in centralized programming.

touch each green light untill it says delayed ring.

right intercom
next extension # .............

feature 00 when finished.
 
Holy Cow! Why the heck didn't I think of that!! That is so easy, and I can have the customer do the work...and I call myself a technician!!! I am embarassed!!!
