Hi everyone.
I have a customer that has an ACS R6.0.4, PVM Card Small, Auto Attendant after 4 rings, direct extension transfer, 2 CO Lines & 4 phones.
My problem is that when a call comes in and if that caller hangs up while the AA is speaking, the call sits for about 30 seconds then transfers to ext-10. Of course it leaves a dead message in that mailbox. After that it never releases the call unless you select the line manually & hang it up. If you catch it before it transfers then of course you get the "goodbye" from the VM and I can hang up the line.
It only does it on the main line-L1. I have checked the voltages & loop current. They are in range. I have also played with the CO Disconnect timing. Tried that from 100 ms to 800 ms. Didnt help.
Anyone out there have any ideas????
I'm stumped on this one.
Thanks
