ACS R6 t-1

From what I understand, the ACS T-1 card only provides trunks, but I have to ask, this can't tie 2 remote ACSs together can it?

Hi ZoominCo,
No, the T1 in the Partner can not emulate E&M tie lines (used to network switches on T1's).
The DID emulation on a T1 sends x number of digits after the line is answered. This is sent to a translation table to forward the call to an extension or group. If you look at the Remote Administration software (you need this to program), it may become a little clearer for you.

I haven't learned enough 'bout t-1, frame relay etc. yet & I'll prolly leave that to my younger protoge, he can't seem to get enuff data input & my internal hard drive is slowing down & fillin up!!
I have the R6 software, just haven't had time to study it.
