Have a Partner configured as follows, 5 slot cab, ACS rel 6, 308EC and large PC mail, Customer "claims" entire system locks up, display phone shows correct date and time, but does not ring on incoming, cannot place outside call, buttons will not light, only button that lights when pressed is the spkr button, but does not pick line, powers down then trouble clears for a week or so, have replaced 308EC, guess will have to replace ACS, has anybody else had this trouble? , since I haven't seen it just taking the customers word as to what transpires!
System is also on a UPS so doubt that power is an issue.
