ACS R6 locks up

Have a Partner configured as follows, 5 slot cab, ACS rel 6, 308EC and large PC mail, Customer "claims" entire system locks up, display phone shows correct date and time, but does not ring on incoming, cannot place outside call, buttons will not light, only button that lights when pressed is the spkr button, but does not pick line, powers down then trouble clears for a week or so, have replaced 308EC, guess will have to replace ACS, has anybody else had this trouble? , since I haven't seen it just taking the customers word as to what transpires!
System is also on a UPS so doubt that power is an issue.

Have you connected with PC Administration and downloaded the diagnostic information? Look under errors & events. The only other thing I can suggest in addition to Brian's ideas are to check the seating on all the cards in the carrier.

Have you had any luck with this . I have been working on a r6.0 with the same trouble . found out that in the offfice where the system is installed that they had installed a wireless
lan at about the same time the trouble start.Have had the wirelss network unplugged for a week and the system is running great.

I replaced the PC mail (large) and knock on wood so far haven't gotten any more calls from the customer, it's going on 3 weeks now!
