ACS R6 - Help maximizing Caller ID display

Partner ACS is a little bit strange about displaying Caller ID logs. Answered calls are treated differently than unanswered calls. In a SOHO environment, ideally, all phones should show all calls in the log, but the ACS manual says only one extension can show all calls.

I have one phone (ext 10) that won't show any calls. Pressing the Call Log button does nothing, even though feature programming confirms the button is correctly programmed.

Any advice on maximizing the ability for all phones to display as many Caller ID logs as possible?

What model phone is ext 10? Caller ID log doesn't work on MLS phones. You need the newer Euro style phones.
 
Does Ext. 10 ring on the incoming calls? Do you have the Call Log/Line Association set for Ext. 10?
 
Yes, and Yes.
I would have expected that the Call Log button should always work, and display "No Calls" if the log is empty.

Ideally, I'm looking for a secret method to have everyone view one complete call log.
 
#317,#318,#319 is the only programming involved besides the log button.
