Partner ACS is a little bit strange about displaying Caller ID logs. Answered calls are treated differently than unanswered calls. In a SOHO environment, ideally, all phones should show all calls in the log, but the ACS manual says only one extension can show all calls.
I have one phone (ext 10) that won't show any calls. Pressing the Call Log button does nothing, even though feature programming confirms the button is correctly programmed.
Any advice on maximizing the ability for all phones to display as many Caller ID logs as possible?
